Tubes and Welded Assemblies

In-house production capability:

• Manual welding of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and titanium
• Spot-welding
• Seam-welding
• All heat-treatment and surface treatment in-house.Tube manufacturing, maximum gauge 2 inch

In-house production of 1.200 part numbers
TAT reduction target from 3 months to average 1 month

Proprietary Parts production

• In-house production capability
• Many Proprietary Parts are no longer produced in batches, but on-demand
• Production partly re-located to Fokker Aircraft Services’ own facilities
• Resulting in improved availability and better production flexibility
• Discussions with OEM’s are taking place to do the same for Fokker-parts

Speed Shop

Simple parts can be produced and shipped on-demand within 5 working days

• Maximum 5 days process time
• Maximum 10 production hours
• No subcontracted work involved
