Cross the Belgium/Netherlands border on the A4.
Continue in the direction Bergen op Zoom (A58).

Details
Take the exit Hoogerheide/Ossendrecht/Putte (afrit 30).
At the end of the exit turn right (there will be road works, continue in direction Hoogerheide)
At the roundabout turn left direction Putte
After 1 kilometer turn left at the traffic lights into the Aviolandalaan.
At the end of this road (300 meter) you'll see the premises of Fokker Aircraft Services.
